Deadline for booking and payment up to April 15, 2020.
Cancellations up to April 15, 2020 - no fee.
Cancellations made after April 15, 2020 - a penalty of 1 night stay.
Cancellations made after April 20, 2020 - penalty of 100% of the payment for accommodation.
Booking hotel without a guarantee of rooms - after April 13, 2018.

Without the order payment after April 20, 2018 - Pre-booking will be cancelled.

All refunds shall be made after the Congress, net of banking and additional charges.
